Florida Blacktop, Inc. is a family-owned and operated company that has been in business for over 25 years. It was started by two brothers, Elias and Robert Shaouy and their sister Geraldine Shaouy. The company was founded on honesty and professionalism, and every client is valued no matter how large or small their needs may be. We are insured, bondable and licensed in Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties. We are proud to be a Drug-Free workplace and support Equal Employment Opportunities. Florida Blacktop, Inc. is a company that specializes in complete site development, roadway construction and traffic calming projects. We have been awarded numerous contracts with the Florida Department of Transportation, Broward County and Palm Beach County as well as paving and drainage projects with a number of cities within the tri-county area. We have also provided our services to top-ranked general contractors. We are members of the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC), the Construction Association of South Florida (CASF) and the Engineering Contractors Association (ECA).
We are approved vendors with all cities within the tri-county area, the School boards of both Broward and Palm Beach Counties and the Department of Transportation.
